M Mabitsela Inc. Attorneys (“MMI Legal”), was established in 2020 under the
leadership of Mapule Mabitsela, an Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary of the High Court of South Africa. Founded on principles of excellence, transparency, and client-centered service, the firm has built a reputation for delivering practical legal solutions across property, family, and estate matters.
Over the years, MMI Legal has guided numerous clients through the complexities of property transfers arising from divorce settlements and deceased estate
administrations. In doing so, the firm often collaborated with trusted estate agents to assist clients in selling or acquiring property. These collaborations not only ensured smooth transactions but also reinforced the importance of trust and professional alignment between the legal and real estate sectors. As client satisfaction grew, so did the demand for a more integrated service, one that
could handle every aspect of a property transaction under one roof. Clients who had experienced MMI Legal’s diligence in legally driven property sales began referring friends and family for traditional, non-legal, property transactions. Recognising this need, and driven by the same commitment to service excellence, MMI Legal officially launched the MMI Realtors division- a natural extension of its legal foundation.
